Schmit as Commercial Lines Marine Broker. The Stockton Marine Department will offer full access to competitive markets for all types of commercial marine exposures, as well as recreational and other miscellaneous hard to place marine accounts.

Quincy comes to Hull & Company with over nine years of California and West Coast experience with marine insurance risks. Much of this experience was accumulated with a local Marine wholesaler, where she worked as a producer. Quincy holds her CA State P&C License and currently resides in Stockton, CA. She and her husband recently welcomed their first child and are avid boaters and members of Port Stockton Boaters, a club for boating enthusiasts.
